Error 9, License Error

Hi,

I've been trying for a few days to obtain access to hypermesh, I originally had the wrong license and reapplied and now have the correct license. I have unhid the known extensions and still only see a 'altair_lic.dat', I have also set the environment variable and then moved the license to the security folder after that didn't work. I have checked the physical address and ID name and believe they both match up (since there is no ethernet adapter local are connection available on my computer.  I'm not sure what other checks I must do for this to work.

    Turns out this was the incorrect Host ID, by searching 'getmac' in my cmd window. That gives you the list of Host ID's and which ones to use. My code was off by one number. I requested another license and this one worked
