License file error

Hello,

I got the license file and installation from Altair and after installation, it gave me a license error (Error 6). I checked again and realized that the Host id that was shown using the application on their website is not the same (something like this 00000000000000E0) . I ran cmd and wrote an email to Altair-university to request a new license. I also reapplied on their sign up with the correct host id. Would it be a problem to get approval for a new license? Is there anything else I can do to request for a license?
