I attended the instructor led courses for OptiStruct for Linear Analysis but on my profile they are still mark as incomplete and thus I cannot receive my online certifications.

In order to receive a certificate, we expect the learner to attend at least 70% of all sessions. In your case the second session falls far short of this requirement.
If I register for the March seminar and only attend the second session, will I still get the certificate?
