Trial License for SimSolid

I recently signed up for the trial version of SimSolid for which I got confirmation and instructions to download SimSolid and login with my credentials by checking 'trial version'.  However, there is no 'trial version' checkbox during login and when I try to login it says I don't have a license.

    If you are not from Academic organization, contact Altair local vendor.
