is there a way to create a vectorplot from the Abs Max Princ Stressoutput from an ODB file of a ABAQUS simulation?

You can use Altair Compose to read ODB files using the CAE reader utility and you can plot results contained in a file and save it in other formats. I'll share some resources in case you are interested:
