System clock error

I have encountered a system clock error. The message is 'System clock has been set back' . The computer clock have ever been set back due to some error. But the system time zone and time has been changed in the right way. Does there have any method and suggestions can solve this problem? Thanks !

if timezone changes, license fails,
if system clock changes, license fails,
both of them must be initally correct, if any changes happen about the timezone and the time after installing the operating system and the license manager, it fails again.
if you change the time for any reason, you should change the time stamps of all your files, which is very hard to achieve. you should format and reinstall all your system.
