Licence error v2024.1

Hello,

I have a licence problem when running a forming analysis through HYPERFORM AND RADIOSS.

Below you have the error code :

    Hello Ear,

    There is an article in the community that might help you out. Depending on your license type, you might need to check different things.

    Hello Etembras,

    Thank you for your proposition. I've already found a solution from ALTAIR SUPPORT.

    The problem was that the software dId'nt read the license path in the environment user variable. By deleting the variable from user variables and defining it under system variables, it works.

    I hope it could help someone with the same problem I had.
