License Error Windows 10

I have a student license and everything worked fine. After 2 month of not using Hyperworks I wanted to start the program, but got the following license error:

Altair License Manager: License error

Feature: GlobalZoneEU
Error Code: 9
Error Description:
[LOCAL] C:/Program Files/Altair/13.0-edu/security/altair_lic.dat - (Err: 9) Feature not found

Feature: HyperMesh
Error Code: 9
Error Description:
[LOCAL] C:/Program Files/Altair/13.0-edu/security/altair_lic.dat - (Err: 9) Feature not found

License Path: C:/Program Files/Altair/13.0-edu/security/altair_lic.dat

When I used it the last time I had Windows 8.1. In the meantime I upgraded to Windows 10. Maybe it has something to do with that?!

Does the Host ID change with the operation system?

Could you please cross check the Ethernet ID in the license file with your Machine's Ethernet ID?

go to the command prompt (start > run > cmd) and run ipconfig/all and paste the output of that here, also run getmac and paste the output.

Solved the problem by reordering the product.

The Host ID Changed with the update to Windows 10, so I needed a new license file, which I became after reordering the product.

Hello, I'm having the same problem, except I cannot re-order the product because the Ethernet ID won't work. I downloaded the windows tool again but when I run it, it doesn't show an ID. Can you help me please?
