Can simlab success all boundary conditions in inp file, including constrains, velocity etc?

When I import a inp file with different parts, it is imported in abaqus as a whole body, which disables me from controling the details.

Also another question, picture shows two parts imported from same inp file, but I can't create optistruct explict solution for both parts due to the blocking.

    Hi,

Thank you for your patience. Can you show your assembly browser? Your bodies might be in different assemblies and that's why it doesn't let you create a solution.

    Kind regards,

    Marc

Only parts are included for this inp, what may cause the error?

Can you describe your process in details and what you want to achieve? If I understand correctly, you are importing an abaqus deck inside SimLab and then want to run an explicit solution with OS?

I want to import .inp into simlab with material properties, constrains and everything. But turns out only some mesh and elements are imported, with wrong location and direction

    Hi,

Can you show how are you importing? I didn't have any problems. Please import by going to File > Import > Solver Input Files. Make sure to have filtered Abaqus and not AcuSolve:

    Kind regards,

    Marc
