I cannot login.

When I try to register, it says my email is in use, but when I sign in it says the account doesn't exist.

@Laddy Linginfelter Where are you trying to register ? Since you were able to post here, you already have logged in to Altair One.

I'm trying to log in on the Altair AI Studio software, but it when I log in, it says my password is incorrect. So then I try to change my password and instead they send me an email saying my account has been blocked. There is an option in the email to unblock it, but when I click it, it takes me to the login page, where I try to change my password again, and nothing happens when I do that.

Hi, You need to switch to Altair Units License, the Altair one login credentials will not work in the RapidMiner login window,

 

when using the Altair Student Edition via Altair One follow the instructions below

Please reply here with screenshots of exactly the screen you are logging into, and if you are using Altair one credentials or the Rapidminer.com credentails etc. and we can help you login and use the product.
