A license issue

Hi Altair support,
I recently upgraded my system by switching to a larger SSD and reinstalled Windows during the Christmas holidays. However, I noticed that my Altair Student Edition License Key, which I obtained a few months ago, no longer works after the system change.
Could you please assist me in reactivating the license?

Your previous license key activation is now deactivated in Altair one, you can now reactivate the student license with the same license key.
Deactivation and reactivation feature is only if a computer breaks down and is only allowed a few times per user.
You can deactivate the license from one machine and reactivate in another by yourself if you have access to both machines as per –

I was not aware switching the hard drive could cause the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.
