Server cannot start EDEM 2023.1, please help solve the problem.

Dear Altair teams,

I can successfully start and use EDEM 2023.1 on my personal computer, but after deploying it on the server, I encounter an issue where the program does not start properly. When I click on the program, the window appears for a few seconds and then closes automatically without running. However, EDEM 2022 works fine on the server.

The server's operating system is Windows Server 2022, and the graphics drivers are installed. I have tried reinstalling the software multiple times, but the issue persists.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or solutions to resolve this problem.

    Hi Haoyuan,

    Please drop a mail to prasada@altair.com and specify your region so that i will try to contact the license team to help you on this.

    Also, while sending mail, please specify windows version and also EDEM latest version as of today is 2024.1, if you want to Install, please try installing as well.
