Dear Altair teams,
I can successfully start and use EDEM 2023.1 on my personal computer, but after deploying it on the server, I encounter an issue where the program does not start properly. When I click on the program, the window appears for a few seconds and then closes automatically without running. However, EDEM 2022 works fine on the server.
The server's operating system is Windows Server 2022, and the graphics drivers are installed. I have tried reinstalling the software multiple times, but the issue persists.
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions or solutions to resolve this problem.
