How to resolve interior minimum Angle element fails during Meshing?

Hi,
I am trying to mesh a part using tetra 10 straight edge using SIMLAB for Impact Analysis.
But I am facing interior minimum angle fails in my mesh and using default drop test quality criteria in sim lab. If I try to clean up automatically, some elements gets distorted automatically.

How to resolve this issues?
