Inspire 2024 Repair problems

Recently I encountered two problems.

First is that, every optimization process will stop at 10%. Checking the error code, it says Volume Meshing Failed. And I have to reinstall whole software to repair.
Second one is, some optimization may not start at the beginning, saying error creating new process. But the same model (not complicated, only 5 parts) could run the optimization process on a lower end laptop.

I don't want to uninstall and install the software each time, which will take quite a long time. Is there any way to directly repair or install missing files instead of reinstallation? Or any help with the second problem? Appreciate it.

Graphics card: Nvidia 4070Super

CPU: Intel i5 12490f

RAM: 32G 3600MT/s
Storage: KIOXIA SD10 1TB

    where did you get the installation file from?

    Did you perform 'check sum' in order to verify file integrity of your installer?

    It could be related to a corrupted installer, or maybe some firewall issue preventing you to run all the necessary back-end exceutables.
