how do i deactivate my old educational licence?

i chaged my old leptop and i can't use the same educational licence on the new laptop, how do i deactivate the old licence and get a new one?

    Your previous license key activation is now deactivated in Altair one, you can now reactivate the product in your machine with the same license key, Please use key that ends with UH9

    Deactivation and reactivation feature is only if a computer breaks down and will not work more than a few times.
