I signed up for altair university to pursue certification courses. Its been more than a month, my registration hasn't been approved yet

    Hi Nisanth,

    Thank you for your interest and registering into the Altair University Learning and Certification Program,

    We see that you have used a non-official email ID to register,

    We request you to kindly register using your official university or company email address, email addresses from gmail, yahoo etc are not allowed.

    In case your Institution / organization does not provide you a university email ID, 

    1. please request for the student edition here if not done so already - https://studentedition.altair.com/ with your gmail account etc.
    2. and include a photo of your current university ID card,
    3. once this is approved write to us and let us know the student edition was approved,
    4. then your course account will be approved as well.

    Please use official ID

    or

    complete the student edition approval with gmail or any id and then your certification account will be approved in case your institution does not provide an official email ID,

    by the way this is mentioned in the certification login / create new account page as well ...
