How can I fix project saving problem in multistory designer?

Whenever I want to save the multistory designer project this message pops up "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process". How can I fix that?

Moreover the program terminates randomly whenever I want to create S-Concrete files (without saving the s-concrete files)

Thanks!

    Hi @Parham,

To see what might be holding up the file save, you can use the Resource Monitor which comes built in with Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11.

    1. Open Resource Monitor, which can be found by searching for Resource Monitor or resmon.exe in the start menu
    2. Go to the CPU tab
    3. In the Processes section, select all processes by clicking the checkbox next to "Image" in the headers.
    4. Use the search field in the Associated Handles section
      • See blue arrow in screen shot below

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Adam,

I couldn't find anything associated. Is there any other problem causing this?

    Hi @Parham,

You need to search for your file that is being held, not the example shown in the window.
