Activation issue

Good afternoon,I would like to request support for the following issue:

I am facing an activation issue with the HyperMesh software. When I launch the software, an Activation Problem window appears with the following log:

This is the second time I have encountered this issue. However, the first time, I managed to resolve it by deactivating and reactivating my license. This time, I was unable to perform this procedure (which I believe is not the correct solution, considering a license can only be deactivated 10 times).

Additionally, I attempted to log in with my Altair credentials in the activation window, but the login was unsuccessful.

    HI,

    Your previous license key activation is now deactivated in Altair one, you can now reactivate the product in your machine with the same license key.
