Can I have area load panel element and rigid diaphragm panel in same plane at the same time?

Yes, this is possible. My recommendation would be to start with an Area Load Panel, specify your area load members, span directions, and then you can modify the panel to be a rigid diaphragm panel, which will retain all the area load information, but change the stiffness to behave as a rigid diaphragm in plane of the panel.
