Which contact model should I use for polyhedral particles (cylindrical)?
If there is no contact model in EDEM that polyhedral particles can use, how should I compile the api according to the contact model formula in other papers?

From EDEM 2023 the contact models support multiple shapes, so from 2023 onwards all the base contact models support polyhedral:
You can confirm in the Creator Physics tab which shapes the model supports:
