Surfaces are not mappable

Hi,
I’m having an issue generating a mesh in HyperMesh on a part shaped like a tube. The mesh generates correctly on most of the model’s surfaces, but for this tube, I get the message: surfaces are not mappable. Has anyone encountered a similar problem? What steps can I take to resolve this? Should I change the meshing method or modify the geometry?

    Hi Maciek,

    You might need to make the solids mappable by splitting them. Alternatively, you can use the manual hex meshing tool to extrude the elements. Please refer to the resources below for more information on hex meshing,
