An online license was granted to our school team by Altair. I created my altair one account by following the license steps, but when I try to activate the license with my gmail account and password at the last stage, I am not successful, can you help?

    HI,

    You need to use an official university email ID to be able to create and use the features of Altair One meant for academics.
