Hi everyone,

I followed tutorial for student license, but when I'm on the marketplace there is nothing about student, what I have to do?

    Did you follow this guide, or a different one?

    It does state the following:

    NOTE: If instead of the license activation key a "pending verification" message appears, please wait 2-3 business days and check your email to be notified when your credentials are verified. Once the verification is complete you can go back and finish this step.

    Has it been 2-3 business days yet?

    Yes I followed that one. Few years ago I've used a product from altair under my university and I'm already linked to a person and I can't chage my status. I post a photo of that under this comment.

    Now I need Altair for my degree at the same university but I can't reach that. Do you know how i can solve?

    Hi @Francesco_Sidoli,

    It looks like you have two options:

    1. Use the Request Owner Change button to release this license from the previous owner
    2. Create a new Altair One Account with the proper information

    First of all thanks for your answer, but:

    1. I've tried but I don't have anyone to submit, and I can't only delete this reference
    2. I've create a new account with the same email this morning and nothing is change. I don't have another email to submit

    Are you able to create a new account using your email address, francesco.sidoli@studenti.unipr.it, instead?

    Yes I done it this morning, I've deleted my account and after I've createde a new one. But the situation isn't changed

    Hi @Francesco_Sidoli,

    If you have just created a new account, does the Company Profile tab now reflect your actual email or does it still show the previous owner's email?

    Does the Pending Verification message show anywhere since you just created it this morning and it hasn't been 2-3 business days yet?
