The answer is not helpful. I have the some problem. I've been following the steps… I've created an account and I´m trying to find "student edition license" card. But it is not listed in the suites menu, nor is it to be found by searching the whole marketplace. This is really frustrating.
@ChaCa You Altair One account has been identified as a commercial user account and not a student account. I will inform our Academic team and they will get back to you.
