Import GPS coordinate of Open street map and vehicles trajectery

I need to import the open street map and vehicles trajectery

  1. I import the open street map according to the GPS coordinate, and transfer to UTM coordinate zone Nr. 32
  2. I use the import tajectery function to import the movement of Vehicles. However, the data is GPS coordinate, but the Wallman only recognize the UTM coordinate, so I transfer with MATLAB, but when I import the data, the postion cannot match very well.
  3. When I import the open street map, the distance in the Winprop, cannot match well with the google map distance, if I need to change the scale of the map, when I import the map?
