Comparing 2 slightly different PDFs

I am creating a process to help check on updates to a PDF.  I would like to use the original PDF and compare it to the updated PDF and have the process tell the user what is different.  Just want to see if someone is doing something similar.

    have you considered to use Altair Monarch for it?
