Cant' install extension

I have installed RM studio on my Mac (educational license) and have issues with getting connected to the marketplace (in order to install 4 extension): when trying to connect it says "server cant be reached". I have tried connecting on different days and receive same response. Am I missing something?

Hi @Mags,

This is usually down to a firewall issue blocking you from accessing the marketplace. If you can't resolve this with the proxy settings, then your next method to install extensions would be to manually download the JAR file and place it in your extensions folder.
