License mail is coming me but ı cant find download link, which print 3D, so please help me?

I am student of the Uludag University. I fill up the form and license mail is coming to me which is I cant find download link for print 3D. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Download the file in the link in the screenshot below and install it. Additive manufacturing is included in the Inspire.
