RapidMiner launching error

Dear Community,

Every time I try to launch RapidMiner I get this error:

Yes, and it did not help.

Hi @krisz86 ,

This looks like it could be potentially caused by the uninstaller failing to fully remove the previous version. You can either try installing again (you might need to try this a couple of times), or manually delete the installation folder to ensure it's empty before installing.

Dear Roland,

I have tried that as well several times and it as also not working.
I deleted the folder manually as well and nothing happened after, I still got the same error.

Could you show us the errors you get when starting the .bat file? Just as it might help in debugging further what the root cause is.
