After installed RM, "New Remote Connection" doesn't created

Dear forum experts,
I am using RM with education license.
I have a problem, after installed RM, "New Remote Connection" doesn't created. I try to uninstalled and installed again, but it doesn't work.
Please suggest what can be done.

The classic remote repository was replaced by projects in RapidMiner 10.
