Need to know the steps to connect mailbox by creating Email (retrieve) from create connection

Hi All,

I am trying to build a process which will retrieve my emails from mailbox. I tired thunderbird also but unable to make the connection. Could you please help me with the steps and data which I need to fill into the connection?
