Operator: Text Vectorization not working; not able to get -Apply Text Vector

I am trying to use Text Vectorization operator after Operator : Document Processing. It is getting stucked after almost half way say thing the data don't have label. However the input and output  both shows the label attribute. I am also not getting Operator - Apply Text Vector. Am I missing something in the setup
