rapid miner doesn't read my data

whenever i import data into the model itself, the model just simply doesn't read my data... tried to fix it using some suggestions from other discussions like : go to view ---> restore default view from result, but didn't work for me.
tried reinstalling the app , and still didn't work , matter of fact, now i have another problem to worry about which is whenever i try to import data , the data just wont run. meaning that it gets stuck on loading...
