    At the top right hand corner look for "View'' >> click on "show panel''. you will find a list, in there is ''repository''

    The list of repository there is a list of repositories you have done something with. You could have made an issue, made a comment on an issue, contributed code, become a collaborator, etc. I don't believe there is a way to remove the repository from the list unless you remove the action you have performed to the repository.
