Connection problems with RapidMinor Studio and sqljdbc-4.2.jar

Hi I cant seem to connect to me SQL Server database using the jdbc driver above. I have full sysadmin privs in the database and am a local admin on the server. I also know the firewall rules allow traffic. Am I using the correct driver version? is there another way to connect using ODBC? Is the URL below correct?
