Clustering reviews into three categories

Hello everybody, I have a quick question, I have a reviews (they are all stored inside one attribute) I need to split them into 3 categories( so I assume clustering?) into like positive, neutral and negative reviews,everything I tried ( with different k-means clustering, different parameters ) I cant get the right results, can anyone help what am I missing? Im not that good so I must be missing something, my process is in the pictures, thanks a lot for a reply
