formula
Hi, I am trying to figure out how to write a formula based on between two numbers in a balance category. I need to balance total and also number of accounts total. I am not sure how to exactly write this. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Angela,
I may need a screen shot showing how the data appears and what your desired results are to give a full answer.
However, if this is a rolling balance over multiple records, then the Transform->Group may do what you need.
From a table like this . . .
Select Transform->Group, and define it like this . . .
After renaming the fields, you should have a table like this . . .

EDIT - I guess Opening Balance would really be zero in this simple example, but the specific options would depend on your starting data.
