My educational license has expired and I have not been able to access the webpage to renew my license. I can access the RapidMiner website, but not the account webpage. It has been a few days since this occurred. I've tried using multiple browsers and devices, but could not access the webpage at all. This is what I get when I click on the
Upgrade your license link in RapidMiner Studio.
And this occurred when I tried to access the
Account page.
Could anyone please take a look into this issue? Thank you.
