Multiple attempts to purchase Studio fails.

Before I send a request, I am curious to see if anyone else has issues or has a problem purchasing a paid license to use this program?  Thank you.

    i see no email from your side in our systems. Not sure what you tried? Did you use https://rapidminer.com/us/contact-us/ ?
