Trial period

My RapidMiner studio trial (Enterprise) will be expired on 1/25/22. I do not wish to continue after the trial. However, there is no option to deactivate the account after the trial. I tried to contact RapidMiner multiple times through phone and email but no response. Please help.

Hi,

you automatically fall into the free tier after your trial expires. There is no cost associated with this.
