I need help with an issue related to neural networks.

I created a price prediction model but the model only estimates of already existing prices.

How can I make future forecasts?

What do the thick lines and coefficients in the neural networks diagram mean?

There are coefficients in each circle in Hidden 1 layer. Should the equations be written with those coefficients?
Would be happy if I had any help.
