Not getting a verification email

Hello, I am trying to get the educational version of the program so I registered with my college email (juan.ortvarela@anahuac.mx) but I haven't received the email. Could you help me with this matter?

    i tried to activate you manually and our system says you are already activated. Seems like you received the email?
