Model Monitoring based off of local spread sheet

I am very interested at seeing my models performance, drift etc. on new data. I see this can be done when monitoring is turned on when the models are deployed.

I am very new to this so I just use excel for all my data, but I am not seeing any way to see model performance / drift by scoring the model with new data I have in a spreadsheet in the repository. Is there any way I can do this?
