How to renew educational license

Hi,

I tried to renew my educational license because I received a prompt from rapidminer indicating that my current educational license is going to expire soon. To avoid disrupting my work later, I should renew my license now.

But, when I tried to renew my license, I received a prompt that said existing educational licenses found. Application is only allowed after the educational licences expired.

So what should I do? Will I lose my work on rapidminer?
