Thermal Analysis

Hello,

Actually I am new to thermal analysis I would like to run a simple simulation like a thin wall whose surface temperatures are maintained at  150 and 45 degree Celsius and I know the thickness , conductivity and area of the wall. I have to find out the rate of heat transfer. Could you please explain the steps followed to run the simulation and also to view the results.

I have one more doubt regarding the solver which I have to use like Abaqus or Optistruct.
