COVID-19

I am developing a model using the svm algorithm for forecasting covid-19 cases, does anyone know how to configure the C and gamma parameters? And how do you know which value to choose?

Thank you! I'm using a svm(LIBSVM) in rapidminer, but i think that rapidminer dont predict a number for example for the next seven days. Anyone make a svm prediction for the next seven days without programming?
