Feature Request: Salesforce Upsert

As a user of rapidminer (RM) and Salesforce (SF), I need the ability to upsert a record. Today, I can create a record, update a record, or delete a record, but I need the ability to leverage the upsert functionality.

AC
- I expect to be able to have an operator called Upsert Salesforce under Data Access > Applications > Salesforce
- The Upsert operator uses SF's upsert feature via the API
