Marketplace extension won't download

I keep getting the below error, but my proxy settings are standard. I installed Java 8 (it did nothing). My internet is clearly working fine. What do I do? Please help!

Hi @JZ1202 ,

very likely the reason is, that our servers are blocked in your networks. You can try to ping marketplace.rapidminer.com to validate this.

You have to ways to fix this:

1. Talk to your IT to 'white list' our server.

2. Do a manual installation as described here: https://community.rapidminer.com/discussion/31996/install-extensions-manually-for-rapidminer-studio
