Replace Missing Value Polynominal with Mode

When working with polynominal data, I want to replace missing values with the most occurring non-missing value.  What is the best way to do that in RM 9.8?  I suspect that I am missing something obvious.

Replace Missing with average is actually using the mode for polynomial.
