Job agent orange/process keeps pending in AI Hub

I am trying to run a process using the Rapidminer AI Hub and AWS. However, when running the process, the state in the execution tab keeps stuck on 'pending'. When I open the queue, I can see that there is 1 pending execution and the job agent dot is orange instead of green. I am aware that it should be green in order for the job agent to start running the process. Does anyone know how to solve this?
